About the Bible
We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are inspired
by God and are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1;21; Hebrews
4:12-13
About God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19; John 14:10, 13, 16, 17, 26;
2 Corinthians 13:14
About
Human Beings
We believe that human beings, although created in the image of God, are born with a sinful nature that
results in physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God.

18:4; Matthew 12:36-37; Romans 3:23; 5:12; Romans 14:12; Ephesians 2:3; 2 Timothy 3:5
About
Jesus Christ: His Person
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and
is fully God and fully man.

About
Jesus Christ: His Work
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ came to the earth, took on human form, lived the perfect
life that we could never live, took our imperfections, our sins, upon Himself and His record, wiping our record free by His
blood, being punished on our behalf so that we could be reconciled to God in a restored relationship
with Him, living in Christ's freedom from condemnation. We preach the historical truth that Christ was crucified, died,
and was buried, rising from the dead on the third day, in fulfillment of the words of the Jewish prophets (Isaiah 53; Jeremiah
31:31-34, et. al.) recorded in the Old Testament Scriptures. Christ Jesus died as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice.
All who believe in Him are justified by faith in His death on their behalf.

5:9, 12; 6:23; 1 Corinthians 15:3, 21; Ephesians 2:8,9; Philippians 2:5-11; Colossians 1: 15-23; 1 Peter 2:24
About
Jesus Christ: His Resurrection
As stated above, we believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord,
in His ascension into heaven, and in His present life for us there as High Priest and Advocate, as well as His present power
with us now through the Holy Spirit's continued guidance in our lives on earth in preparation for our eternity in heaven.
Luke 24:6; Acts 1:9; Hebrew 4:14; 10:12
About
Salvation
We believe that salvation has been provided for all through Christ’s own sacrifice. Those who
repent (having a change of attitude, actions, and behavioral patterns over time) and believe in Him are born of the His Spirit.
They will receive the gift of eternal life, becoming children of God.
It is the will of God that
each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the ways of the
world by becoming fully dedicated to the will of God's Word.
John 3:3, 16-17, 36; 5:24; 10:28-29
About
Eternal Security
We believe that those who rely on Christ have everlasting life and will not come into judgment, but
have already passed from eternal death to eternal life.
John 3:3, 16-17, 36; 5:24; 10:28-29
About
the Church
We believe that the Church is the spiritual body of which Christ is the Head and that it includes all who
trust in Him. Its mission is to offer acceptable worship to God and to serve Him faithfully by spreading the Good News and
making disciples of people of all backgrounds. The ordinances of the Church are baptism and the Lord's Supper.
Matthew 16:18; 28:19-20; Acts 2:41; 1 Corinthians
11:23-29; Ephesians 1:22-23; 3:10-11; 4:11-16
About
the Holy Spirit
We believe that the person, the presence, the power, and the protection of the Holy Spirit are
ours today. We also believe that all of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, as well as all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, are
for us today.
John 15:26-16:16, Acts 1:8, 3:1-16; Romans
8:8-13, 12; 1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 5:22-23
About
Satan
We believe in the literal existence of Satan and his demons. Satan has been defeated by Christ’s death
on the cross and victorious resurrection. Although Satan desires to keep seekers from turning to Christ and to discourage
believers from experiencing all of God's love, he and his deception will ultimately come to a complete end.
Matthew 4:1-11; Ephesians 2:2, 6:12-13; Revelation
1:18, 20:10-15
About
the Second Coming
We believe in “the blessed hope”, which is the personal return of our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ, who will return to judge the living and the dead, and whose kingdom will have no end. Those who are in Christ
will face no condemnation, and will receive eternal rewards.
Matthew 16:27; John 3:36, 14:3; Acts 1:11;
1 Corinthians 3:8, 12-15; 2 Corinthians 5:10; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:13; Revelation 1:7
About
Eternity
We believe in the physical resurrection of the body. Unbelievers will be eternally separated, from God's
presence, but believers shall live and reign with Him forever in a place of no suffering, no sorrow, no sickness, no sadness,
and no sin.

John 3:36; 5:28-29; 1 Corinthians 15; Revelation 20:12, 15; Revelation 22
